After their first pool game ended 6-2 in their favor, the U10 HoneyBaked Hockey Club learned a valuable lesson that they brought with them to round two: “With Slavick in goal, we’re in control.”

As they entered their matchup against the Mississauga Reps, this mantra became a reality that lifted all ships—forwards and defensemen alike—in their bid for the 2017 Bauer Motown Classic division title.
