UMass hockey gets an incredible 5-4 comeback win over Minnesota in overtime during the Fargo Regional semifinals.

Even though the game was tied at one point after Minnesota scored the first goal, the Golden Gophers remained in control throughout the contest.

Going into the third period, UMass was down 3-1 as they got tons of shots off but could not connect with its target.

However, in the third period, the Minutemen scored three goals, including one five seconds after Minnesota made a goalie change.

Lastly, in overtime, Aydar Suniev scored his second goal of the game to seal UMass's fate and bring them one step closer to what could be another Frozen Four appearance.

With the win, UMass will face Western Michigan, which won in double overtime, in the Fargo Regional finals on March 29.

Recap the live updates, scores, highlights, and more from Minnesota Hockey vs. UMass.
