The WJC 2025 semifinals begin on Jan. 4 bringing countries one step closer to winning the World Juniors title. With the new year here, so are the semifinals after the conclusion of the preliminary rounds.

Team USA defeated Switzerland in a controlling 7-2 quarterfinal win to reach the final four of the 2025 WJC.

The United States and Czech Republic had good preliminary rounds in the World Junior Championships, finishing first and second in their respective groups.

Czechia also advanced to the semifinals by defeating the rival of Team USA, in Canada,, winning 3-2 in the quarterfinals. This sets up an rematch from the 2023 semifinals that saw Team USA leaving as the winner in a shootout.

How To Watch Team USA Vs. Czechia In 2025 World Juniors Semifinals

Team USA  vs. Czechia can be watched in the semifinals on Jan. 4 at 7:30 p.m. ET NHL Network and TSN in the World Junior Championships.

The 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship will air on TSN and RDS television in Canada and be streamed on TSN+.

How To Watch The 2025 World Junior Championship

The 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship will air on TSN and RDS on television in Canada. The tournament will be streamed on TSN+ in Canada, as well. 

In the United States, NHL Network will be the television home of the World Junior Championship. Streaming information for USA is not currently available.
