With Friday's four games, Saturday's 12 games, and another 3 to wrap up the weekend on Sunday, it's going to be a busy weekend across the NHL with a high chance of seeing FloHockey regulars on the ice throughout.

Swedish rookie Jonathan Lekkerimäki is getting the reps with Abbotsford needed to mimic the role he will eventually have a chance to play in Vancouver. He currently holds first in the AHL in shots on goal at 39 and 3rd in goals scored with 5 total over 7 games. Another impressive stat: 4 power-play goals, leading all AHL rookies.

After a wild ending to the last season when Canadian Justin Hryckowian went swiftly from playing for Northeastern University in the postseason to the Texas Stars within a week—he's picked things up right where he left things this season with the Stars. Hryckowian quickly established himself as one of the top rookies in the AHL this season so far.

He currently sits in second in overall points amongst all rookies with 10 over 8 games, including 4 goals. 

Simon Nemec (D) - Utica Comets (AHL) / New Jersey Devils (NHL)

Friday, Nov 8 - 7:00 p.m. ET - Cleveland Monsters vs Utica Comets

Saturday, Nov 9 - 7:05 p.m. ET - Utica Comets vs Lehigh Valley Phantoms

Just one day after head coach Kevin Dineen was fired, New Jersey Devils made the decision to send defenseman Simon Nemec back down to Utica Comets to continue his development after being a healthy scratch for the last few games. The 20-year old will have the chance to show off what he's learned from the Devils during his time.
