The Syracuse Crunch ran deep into the playoffs last year, with the Cleveland Monsters ending their season in the North Division Finals. The Syracuse Crunch are the AHL affiliate team for the Tampa Bay Lightning and have been since the 2012-13 season and will continue to develop their talents in Syracuse through 2026-27.

Syracuse Crunch begins their 31st season on Friday, Oct. 11 against the Utica Comets before returning home to the Upstate Medical University Arena to host the Belleville Senators on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 7 p.m. ET.

The Syracuse Crunch finished the 2023-2024 season with a 39-24-4-5 record and were third in the North Division, advancing to the Calder Cup Playoffs where they beat the Rochester Americans and fell to the Cleveland Monsters in the second round.
